Her Farewell Address

Leaving today;
I gotta sever this vain.
Although I know theres no way
I'll be able to stand the pain.

Sometimes I wonder:

Hurtful healing...
                         or
harmful hell?

I'm leaving to find
someone I left behind.
Don't run after me
because I won't return that easily.

I'm making a stand
and moving on with His plan.

Its hard to let go
of something I've held
for so long.
This is my misery song.

I guess...
it goes without saying
I'll be losing more than gaining
but I've got the courage today
to rise up with whats left of me and
say goodbye.
